HSE OBJECTIVES

Saroni Holding Sdn. Bhd. (SHSB) HSE objectives for 2007 are :

• To complete the year without at LTI* on our operated facilities.

• To work with our primary contractors to support effective HSE   behavior.

• To undertake further HSE Management System awareness training at  all business unit.

• To implement a hazard-driven HSE audit programme on our operated   assets and  ensure that HSE Management System are already in place.

To this end. SHSB undertakes to:

• PROMOTE its conviction that all accidents can be avoided

• TRAIN its personnel in health, safety and protection of the environment, before and types of activity

• INSIST on personal protective equipment being worn systematically

• DEVELOP, in association with the proper authorities, emergency or evacuation procedures to minimize the consequences of accidents

• CONDUCT research to establish procedures which improve health, safety and protection of the environment.

• Have activity sites CHECKED  regularly  by  management and independent auditors

• DEFINE practical means for taking into account and minimizing the impact of our activity on the environment.

• INCORPORATE these principles into the responsibilities of its management.

By applying these principles, SHSB aims to :

• IMPROVE working conditions

• ENSURE better service for our clients   behavior.

• CONTRIBUTE to profitability
