QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

SARONI HOLDING SDN. BHD provides as full range of Project Management Services, including but not limited to Underwater Inspection & Services, Construction, Installation and other services through Engineering, Procurement, Diving, Safety, Estimating, Operation and Human Resources. The industry in which company operate places continued emphasis on quality in all aspects of services that enhance customer satisfaction by meeting all customer requirements for services while maintaining quality standards.

SHSB maintains a Quality Management System(QMS) in conformance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and other applicable codes and standards to ensure the highest level of quality and safety for its employees, customers, and the environment. The QMS is designed to reflect accepted standards for the effective monitoring, control and maintenance of all processes, stated in the QMS, relating to the quality and Safety within the company.


The company requires the full cooperation and commitment of all employees to maintain and continually improve the effectiveness of the QMS, the company will provide its employees with equipments, procedures, work instructions, training and supervision necessary for the successful implementation of QMS policies. Each manager will be responsible for continually monitoring the QMS in order to ensure its effectiveness. Top management consisting of the Managing Director and General Manager will review the QMS, including this quality policy statement and company quality objectives semi annually to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
