Saroni Holding Sdn. Bhd. is an underwater logging company that recovers old growth timber from the bottom of historic Kenyir Lake in Hulu Terengganu, Malaysia. After exploring and locating the centuries-old lumber on the bottom of the lake, we salvage the waterlogged first growth hardwoods and softwoods and process them at our sawmill in Kertih, Kemaman, Terengganu.

Our exotic lumber includes the following species of hardwood Balau, Chengal, Merbau and other Malaysia Hardwood species and many of the reclaimed logs are massive, some measuring almost 40” in diameter, and all feature tight growth rings and superior strength and beauty.

Our lumber products are perfect for discerning craftsmen, furniture, high-end architectural projects or any woodworker looking for unique materials to work with. We produce lumber in many sizes, veneers, complete logs and cookies for use in your projects.

We own and operate underwater tree harvesting licenses granted to the company by the State government of Terengganu Darul Iman, West Malaysia.
